1. Service Estimates & Transparent Flat-Rates

• All appointments, safety diagnostics, and repair options are quoted using clear, flat-rate pricing before any service work begins on your home or business.

• Written estimates provided by our team are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

• For travel extending beyond our primary service rings into outlying rural zones, a transparent mileage surcharge applies to cover fuel costs and transit time.

2. Appointment Scheduling & Direct Communication

• We handle all service scheduling, confirmations, and technician arrival updates manually. By booking an estimate or repair, you authorize our office staff to contact you directly via phone call or manual text message regarding your appointment status.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule an upcoming service visit, please contact our main Ashland office at least 24 hours in advance out of respect for our field technicians' routing schedules.

3. Intellectual Property & Brand Protection

• All original text, layout designs, neighborhood copywriting, and custom service area maps displayed on this website are the exclusive property of All American Heating & Air.

• Unauthorized duplication, copying, or scraping of our text templates or regional graphics for competing commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

4. Governing Law

• These terms, conditions, and any service agreements entered into are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
